Refund policy

Returns

Not every item is meant for you, we understand that! We give you a 30 day money-back guarantee on Full Priced Items. 

In order to be eligible for a return your item must meet all of these criteria:

-Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

- It must also be in the original packaging. (Shoes need to be returned in their original box. Please place the shoe box in a protective box. If we receive the shoe box as the shipping box we will not accept the shoes as returnable.) 

- Not worn, washed or tags removed.

- Free of smells (smoke and pet odors). 

Some goods simply are exempt from returns. Some of them are, but not limited to, SALE ITEMS, anything discounted more than 30% is non-refundable. Including the DAILY DEALS section, or anything that has FINAL SALE written in the description or code.

We also do not accept products that are intimate, such as bathing suits. 

Non-returnable items:

-All Seasonal + Holiday Items

-Sale Items

-Jewelry + Accessories

-Eyewear + Hair Accessories

 

-Items 30% off or more.

-Any item that is damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition for reasons not due to our error.

-Items that is postmarked and returned more than 30 days after purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item.  Once this is complete we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days..

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Please note your banking institution may require up to 14 days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. If it is passed the 14 days and you still have not received your refund:

- Please check your bank account again.

- Next, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

- Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@sugaredopal.com with the subject being Missing Refund.

Exchanges 

If items are defective or damaged, we will happily replace them. Please contact customerservice@sugaredopal.com with subject being Defective Item and send a picture of the defective or damaged item. 

With us being a small business and our inventory being low, we are unable to exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. If you need a different size, you can return the item for a refund or a store credit, and (if the item is still available) purchase the size you need. 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1180 SAGE DR, SUITE E, Cedar City UT, 84720. 

The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.  Please include your packing slip or a copy of your confirmation email with all returns. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, will be determined by where you live and does vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Once packages are turned over to USPS ownership of the package transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
