Shipping

Items typically ship within 3-5 business days.  

Please Note:

Orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday due to our shipping warehouse being closed Saturday/Sunday.

Addresses using PO Boxes cannot be shipped UPS.   

Sugared Opal Boutique does not offer International shipping. We will only ship to the Domestic U.S. If an order is placed with an address outside of the U.S., we will cancel the order.

 

**Sugared Opal Boutique is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once turned over to USPS or UPS, ownership of the package is transferred to the buyer.  Please submit all claims to the United States Postal Service or UPS. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
